As a part of the Operations Team, the Service Engineer will be the liaison between the company and the company’s clinical customers, with a focus on Delphinus’s workstation product and technical support related to clinical research study data collection software. The responsibilities extend from configuration of new workstations to trouble-shooting network failures, software bugs and user training. The role will act as the primary subject matter expert for clinical applications and workstation support. This position includes limited on-call availability. This is a critical function, acting as the external face of the company to physicians and other radiology staff.
- Install, manage and support hardware and software
- Manage and support HyperV/Citrix environment
- PACS and DICOM communication support
- Support for Delphinus’ clinical image review software
- Support for Delphinus’ clinical research tools and databases
- Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, etc…
- Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance
- Some network management, including maintaining switches, firewalls
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external users

Required: Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent related training
Preference toward candidates who have relevant certifications or experience
Preference for candidates who have worked in a clinical or radiology environment
5 years of experience in all areas identified in primary responsibilities

- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
- PACS/DICOM Servers and Communication
- Database experience
